Oliver Jennings entered the film world as an audio visual artist, creating live sound based installations at various exhibitions. These installations would often have a film based element involved which is where his unconventional film aesthetic grew. With a long running interest in the UK’s urban cultural movements his work documents the unexpected and often unseen elements of these scenes and London’s streets in meticulous detail often mixing gritty docu style video with surreal staged scenarios. Oliver has already worked with artists such as Wiley, Skepta, Stormzy and Nines and won a MOBO award for his video for Mist which won best video. He has also shot branded content for Newcastle United, Chupa Chups and Converse.
